These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of this website, the creation of a Novaryn Researcher Account, and the purchase of materials from NOVARYN RESEARCH LLC.

Acceptance is recorded through affirmative action: checking the acknowledgment boxes presented at the site entry gate and again at checkout. Each acceptance is recorded against the specific version of the Terms and the Research Use Only Policy in effect at that moment.

Acceptance of one version of these Terms is not treated as acceptance of a later version. Where a version change is material, an administrator may require re-acceptance.

This website is operated by NOVARYN RESEARCH LLC, a limited liability company. Correspondence may be directed to grant@novarynresearch.com.

Registered entity address, registered agent, and any additional required business identifiers are to be inserted from the approved corporate record.

Access to this website and the purchase of materials are limited to persons 21 years of age or older. This is Novaryn's minimum-access policy; it is not presented as a statutory age requirement.

The site entry gate collects an age attestation. It is a self-declaration by the visitor, not identity or age verification technology. Novaryn does not represent that a visitor's age has been independently verified.

Falsely representing age may result in denial of access, cancellation of an order, and suspension or termination of a Researcher Account.

Novaryn reserves the right to request additional information, review an order, refuse an order, cancel an order, or restrict access where there is a legitimate legal, safety, compliance, fraud, or Research Use Only concern.

Materials are offered to researchers, laboratories, and organizations able to handle them lawfully and appropriately.

Website content, research summaries, calculators, product descriptions, customer service communications, FAQs, and related-product recommendations are provided for laboratory research context only. None of it is medical or veterinary advice, and none of it is guidance for administration to humans or animals.

Novaryn works to provide accurate product identity, strength, specifications, research information, and testing documentation.

Final language regarding representations and warranties relating to product information is reserved for counsel. Novaryn does not knowingly publish inaccurate product information, and nothing in these Terms is intended to permit it.

Analytical testing is batch and lot specific. Customers should match the lot number on the received vial or product to the corresponding documentation.

Different analytical methods answer different questions. A purity result does not establish sterility, endotoxin status, quantitative content, or any other characteristic unless that specific test is shown in the documentation for that lot.

Novaryn does not imply testing that was not performed.

Where available, the lot number shown on a product corresponds to the batch documentation published for that lot in the customer's account documentation library and on the applicable product page.

Where documentation for a lot is pending, it is labelled as pending rather than presented as complete.

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to review and acceptance by Novaryn. Novaryn may review, accept, reject, cancel, or limit quantities for legitimate reasons, including inventory issues, pricing errors, fraud indicators, payment issues, legal or compliance concerns, or suspected prohibited intended use.

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and promotional offers are shown at checkout. Prices may change before an order is accepted, and clerical or pricing errors may be corrected before acceptance.

Prices are not changed retroactively after a transaction has been accepted and completed.

Submitting an order authorizes the applicable charge through Novaryn's third-party payment processor. Card data is handled by that processor; Novaryn does not store full payment card numbers.

Subscription orders authorize recurring charges at the cadence and discount shown at the time of purchase, as further described during checkout and in the account dashboard.

Processing estimates, carrier transit times, tracking availability, handling of incorrect addresses, and procedures for lost or damaged shipments are described in the Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Risk-of-loss allocation is reserved for attorney drafting and is not published here as final language.

The separate Returns & Replacement Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs return eligibility, replacement handling, and refund handling.

Damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming shipments should be reported promptly, with the order number, lot number, and photographs where available, so that the relevant batch and shipping records can be reviewed.

Nothing in this section is intended to eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

In the event of a quality event, Novaryn reserves the ability to contact affected customers, stop distribution of an affected lot, request return or documented disposal, provide lot-specific instructions, and provide replacement or refund where applicable.

Research preparation supplies, including bacteriostatic water and similar solutions, may be offered as optional related products for appropriate laboratory research contexts.

Those recommendations do not constitute medical, veterinary, dosing, or administration instructions.

Displaying related research products does not constitute a recommendation to combine them or to use them in any human or animal protocol.

Account holders agree to provide accurate information, to keep login credentials secure, and to notify Novaryn of suspected unauthorized activity.

Novaryn may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, prohibited use, or violation of these Terms.

The Rewards Program Terms govern how points are earned and redeemed, how adjustments are made for returns and refunds, how fraud and abuse are handled, and how the program may change. Points have no cash value and are not property.

The program operates subject to applicable law.

The Referral Program Terms govern qualification, prohibition of self-referral, reversal of credit for canceled or refunded qualifying orders, and handling of fraud or abuse.

The Novaryn name, branding, logo, original photography, original graphics, software, website content, and original written material are owned by Novaryn or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Prohibited activity includes fraud, introducing malicious code, unauthorized access attempts, account manipulation, unlawful scraping, impersonation, fraudulent payment activity, and any illegal activity.

Novaryn relies on third-party providers including payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, analytics services, email delivery services, and hosting providers. Their handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Concepts reserved for counsel to evaluate include repair, replacement, refund, and return of the purchase price. No remedy is declared exclusive unless counsel expressly approves that language.

These Terms do not eliminate product liability. This section is reserved for counsel and must be coordinated with supplier agreements, manufacturer responsibility, insurance coverage, and indemnification arrangements.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, subject to counsel approval and to any applicable mandatory law that cannot be displaced by agreement.

Forum-selection language is reserved for counsel and will be presented in ordinary readable type rather than buried, including any consumer-protective carve-outs counsel requires.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes what information is collected, how it is used, and what optional technical audit data may be logged with a legal acceptance record.

Acceptance recorded through the entry gate, account creation, and checkout is intended to constitute electronic agreement, and notices may be delivered electronically, subject to applicable law.

Each published version carries a version label, publication date, and effective date. When Novaryn materially updates these Terms or the Research Use Only Policy, an administrator may require re-acceptance.

A customer who accepted an earlier version is not recorded as having accepted a later version unless that later version is actually accepted. Historical acceptance records are never overwritten.

Novaryn may suspend or terminate access or an account for fraud, legal or compliance issues, prohibited use, or violation of these Terms.
