Processing estimates

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Complex or bulk orders may require additional handling time, and customers are notified where applicable.

Packaging

Materials requiring temperature control ship with cold-chain packaging intended to maintain integrity during transit.

Carrier delays and tracking

Tracking is emailed once an order ships. Transit times are carrier estimates, and carrier delays are outside Novaryn's control.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Reshipment of a package returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.

Lost or damaged shipments

Report a lost or damaged shipment promptly with the order number so the shipping record can be reviewed and a resolution arranged.
