Damaged or incorrect shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or another resolution.
Non-returnable items
Opened materials, temperature-sensitive materials, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable, except where a quality issue is identified.
Quality concerns
If a quality concern is identified, contact us with the lot number so the relevant batch records and documentation can be reviewed.
Refunds and rewards adjustments
Where a refund is issued, related rewards points and referral credit associated with that order may be reversed.
Rights that cannot be waived
This policy is not intended to eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
