Earning
Points accrue on eligible merchandise spend at the rate shown in your account at the time of the qualifying order. Shipping, tax, and credit applied are not eligible spend.
Redemption
Points may be redeemed for account credit at the published redemption tiers. Points have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold or transferred.
Adjustments, returns, and refunds
Points earned on an order that is canceled, returned, or refunded may be reversed. Negative balances may be carried against future earning.
Fraud and abuse
Novaryn may reverse points, suspend earning, or close an account for fraud or abuse of the program.
Program changes
Program mechanics may change prospectively. Changes are published in the rewards dashboard and apply subject to applicable law.
